Hello, I'm Anna Kenny, a wildlife artist based in Dorset!

​

Mostly working in watercolours, but sometimes acrylics, pen and pencil, my artwork is based on wildlife and nature scenes around Dorset and the UK. I want my artwork to showcase the beauty in nature, both in individual species and in ecosystems, My style is mostly illustrative but I love creative experiments with looser textures and combining abstract with finer details to capture animal characteristics.

As well as wildlife, I can also paint people, architecture and landscapes and have been commissioned for numerous pet portraits.

A piece of artwork is the perfect way to brighten up a wall or a meaningful gift for a loved one.

I also have a science background and can do detailed scientific illustrations for science communication or article.
