Original tiger acrylic painting on recycled board.

As I was walking down the beach in Poole, I saw what looked to be a large white plastic board, possibly from a boat, float into the shore. Thinking this was too good of a resource to be wasted, or left to float around the sea forever, I took it back to my home studio and created this tiger piece.

Tigers are painted from images I took at Australia zoo, an organisation committed to the conservation of these animals. Named "Restore" from the idea that the plastic board has been restored into an art piece and similarly we can restore nature when we give it a chance.

This piece would be great for someone who loves wildlife, original artwork, upcycled art and has a space for some bright, dramatic decor.
